TurboDrop® Variable Rate Twin Fan Nozzle (TWVR)

The patented TurboDrop® Twin Fan Variable Rate (TWVR) nozzle is designed to provide a wider flow range than conventional nozzles – to allow broader speed changes, changing application rates for different products or different conditions, or handling variable rate application in a single field.

The TurboDrop® TWVR may be operated from 40 to 140 psi, more than tripling the flow rate across this pressure range. Additionally, the TWVR has a wider speed range than standard nozzles, with the ability to maintain the same GPA rate at speeds from 6 to 20 mph without exceeding the maximum operating pressure.

The TurboDrop® Variable Rate nozzle utilizes proven TurboDrop® Venturi Technology, producing air-filled droplets for on-target performance, coverage, and high pressure canopy penetration.

The TWVR can imporove coverage over the TDVR single fan Variable Rate Nozzle. At the lower pressure range (40-80 psi), the TWVR will give an ASAE droplet size that is roughly one category smaller than the TDVR.

Description:TurboDrop® Twin Fan Variable Rate Nozzle

Multi-purpose medium pressure air injection variable rate nozzle, designed
to provide a wider flow range for variable rate applications, wide speed
changes and rate changes. Between 40 and 140 psi, a 3X flow rate change
is possible.

Modular two-piece design, polyacetal/stainless/EPDM.

The Advantages: TurboDrop® Twin Fan Variable Rate Nozzle

3X Flow Rate at a Constant Speed
3X Speed Range at Constant GPA Rate
Multiple Carrier Rates with the Same Nozzle Size
Excellent with Rate Controllers Due to Extended Flow Range
High Pressure Canopy Penetration
PROVEN TurboDrop® Air Injection Technology
Single Fan, Twin Fan, Hollow Cone, Flood Configurations
Recommended for Herbicides, Fungicides, Insecticides, Fertilizers and Growth Regulators
